Job summary

Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in a Pre-Op, Post-Op, and PACU setting at Sun City West, AZ. The RN will review orders, assist in surgeries, and monitor patient status throughout the perioperative process.

Responsibilities include supervising staff in the Operating Room, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA and safety standards. A nursing degree and current state license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• BSN is preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of work.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct patient care in an Operating Room.
• Ensure proper techniques per standards of practice.
• Comply with HIPAA and patient rights.
• Document accurately in patient records.
• Coordinate and communicate for continuity of care.
• Participate in continuing education and staff meetings.
