MelroseWakefield Hospital is recruiting RNs for the Community RN Career Direct Care Pathway, which contains four levels determined by RN experience, education, and qualifications. Level I covers 0–12 months, Level II 12 months–<3 years, Level III 3–<8 years, and Level IV 8+ years. Hours include 24-hour shifts with nights and weekends/holidays.

The role provides direct nursing care per physician orders, with emphasis on assessment, planning, and patient education. Massachusetts RN licensure and BLS are required; BSN is preferred. Competitive salaries and benefits accompanyTufts Medicine affiliation.

Formación

• Massachusetts RN Licensure is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required.
• Department-specific certifications may be required.
• Experience level varies by direct care level (I–IV).

• Conducts and documents accurate clinical assessments.
• Develops and evaluates individualized plan of care.
