Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join its perioperative team and assist surgeons during operative procedures, with involvement in perioperative assessments and postoperative care planning.
Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in nursing, Florida RN licensure, and completion of an AORN-accredited RNFA program; two years of perioperative nursing experience and BLS certification are preferred; a BSN and CNOR/RNAS-C are a plus.
