Henry County Hospital in Napoleon, OH seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care and coordinate patient plans. The role emphasizes patient safety, advocacy, and collaboration with physicians and departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
The RN will adhere to standards of nursing practice, participate in care planning, and promote teamwork across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
A Registered Nurse renders personal and professional care to patients. Uses a systematic approach to assist patient's needs, plan care, provide quality/direct care, coordination of care and evaluate care in an efficient and safe environment. The RN facilitates collaboration amongst a variety of disciplines to provide a unified and seamless approach to care delivery. This position is responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing practice, for promoting teamwork with physician and personnel of other department. Patient advocacy, patient safety, and improving health status are priorities when the RN develops the plan of care. The RN will follow orders for care and treatment of the patient and will adhere to the policies and procedures of Henry County Hospital.
Scrub experience required. BLS, ACLS and PALS required. Cardiac monitoring or Telemetry Education required. CNOR and prior relevant nursing experience preferred.
