Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is expanding with a Neuro/Spine OR as part of a new, state-of-the-art facility on the Main Campus. The RN will support neuro and spine procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgery, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

This Weekender Flex role offers two 12-hour weekend shifts plus one during the weekday, with 44 paid hours and full-time benefits, including orientation and rotation details as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
• Current state licensure as an RN.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• One year of RN experience or completion of Cleveland Clinic's Perioperative Residency Program.
• ACLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in an operative setting for adults and pediatrics.
• Perform scrub and circulating functions.
• Prepare the OR, instruments and equipment for use.
