The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for managing and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process. May be required to float to other units and participate in on-call status. This position requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals, as appropriate based on patient contact level.

Hospice: Must operate an INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle with a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
INTEGRIS Mental Health: Preference for operating an INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle with a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and acceptable record.
Emergency Department: ACLS certification within 6 months; PALS within 12 months of hire.
The RN reports to the appropriate manager, director, or VP. Mental health staff must assist with physical restraints using Behavior Management Techniques. Additional physical or respiratory requirements may apply. Follow safety protocols to minimize risks, including exposure to hazards, chemicals, and workplace violence. May be required to float to other units and be on call.
