Job summary

Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas is seeking a Full Time, benefited surgical OR technician for a 10-hour night shift starting at 2000, Monday through Thursday, with no weekends or on-call. Join our surgical team to coordinate supplies, monitor the patient, and record the progress of the operation. Eligible new hires can receive a $4K sign-on incentive and $3K relocation assistance.

Job description

This is a Full Time, benefited 10 - hour Night shift position located at Scripps Memorial Hospitalin Encinitas. The shift starts at 2000 and is Monday - Thursday. No weekends and no call.

An Incentive of $4K, and $3K Relocation assistance are included for eligible new hires.

Join our surgical team at Scripps Encinitas where you will work with a friendly, close-knit group. There are 6 surgical suites and your duties will consist of:

• Coordinating the use of supplies, instruments and equipment
• Monitoring the patient
• Recording the progress of the operation

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the followingcriteria must be met:

Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offerletter)

Must remain in original department/specialty

Must remain in original Job Title

Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically notedin your offer letter.
