Job description

This is a Full time, benefitted position as a Lead OR RN on the Vascular surgery team. The shift is a 12 hour day shift (6:45- 7:15p) and it is located at Scripps Green in Torrey Pines La Jolla.

The Lead RN is responsible for the management and coordination of patient care within the Care Unit on a per shift basis. This is accomplished through implementation and integration of the nursing process, through assignment and supervision of appropriate staff and in coordination and collaboration with physicians. The Lead RN functions as the Care Unit expert and provides functional direction to members of the Patient Care team.
