Cleveland Clinic Health System is hiring an RN for Neuro/Spine OR at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. You will join a team performing complex brain and spine procedures in a state‑of‑the‑art facility with an emphasis on precision and patient safety.
The role requires day shifts with call, a 6‑month orientation, and potential shift after orientation of 9:00am–7:30pm. Expect responsibilities across direct nursing care, documentation and urgent risk assessment.

Operating on the brain requires extreme precision, and the neurosurgery team at Cleveland Clinic has years of training and experience in the most complex brain and spine surgeries. The neurosurgery team uses state-of-the‑art tools to operate safely and, as often as possible, with minimally invasive techniques. This team treats a wide range of conditions affecting the brain and spine, including brain hematoma, cavernoma, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak, Chiari malformation, epilepsy, facial pain, normal pressure hydrocephalus, pseudotumor cerebri, skull base dehiscence and subdural hematoma.
A caregiver in this role will work days and require call. Orientation is 6 months working Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 3:30pm. After orientation, an available shift will be 9am-7:30pm. The required call rotation is: 2 call shifts (weeknight or weekend) per month and 1‑2 holidays per year.
