Shift: Night Shift - 12 Hours | Part-Time - 24 Hours
Position Details:
$3.75/hour Weekend Shift Differential Pay (if applicable)
$2.25/hour Night Shift Differential Pay (if applicable)
At Logan Health, our Operating Room nurses are essential partners in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care. As an RN Surgery Circulator , you'll play a critical role in patient advocacy, surgical coordination, and team-based care - supporting patients through some of their most vulnerable moments while collaborating with skilled surgeons, anesthesia providers, and fellow perioperative professionals.

What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control in accordance with policy and procedure
- Accurately transcribe and implement verbal and written provider orders
- Monitor, assess, and report changes in patients' physical and mental condition
- Anticipate patient needs and coordinate timely interventions during surgical procedures
- Document all patient encounters clearly and thoroughly in accordance with organizational standards
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding surgical care and recovery
- Remain calm and effective during changing workloads, prioritizing care and seeking assistance when appropriate
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance as scheduled by department leadership
Required Qualifications
- Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license with authorization to practice in Montana
- 1+ year(s) of RN experience in a similar medical setting (hospital, clinic, or physician office)
- Healthcare Provider CPR and/or BLS certification , as required by service line
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Professional nursing theory and standards of practice
- Medical terminology
- Infection control procedures and universal precautions
- HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations
- OSHA rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism and diplomacy
- Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN degree
- 2+ years of RN experience in a similar medical setting (hospital, clinic, or physician office)
- Prior experience in the Operating Room or surgical services
- Additional certifications relevant to perioperative nursing or assigned specialty area
