Marymount Hospital, part of the Cleveland Clinic, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for operative care to support patients undergoing surgical procedures.

You will perform circulating duties, monitor patient status, prepare the OR and instruments, and coordinate care before, during, and after surgery. On-call required.

Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within six months of hire, and one year of OR experience or completion of the perioperative residency program.

Qualifikationen

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within six months of hire.
• One year of RN experience OR completion of Cleveland Clinic's Perioperative Residency Program.

The unit offers a wide range of surgical services, including vascular procedures (such as interventional treatments, AV fistula creation, and bypass surgeries), as well as general surgery, gynecology, endocrine, orthopedic, urology, and pain management procedures. A caregiver in this position works days from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with on-call requirements.

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Physical Requirements:

• Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time.
• Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
• Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 25 pounds and ability to push, pull, and navigate supply carts weighing > than 75 pounds periodically.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $35.50

Maximum hourly: $55.60
