Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a 269-bed acute care setting. The role includes implementing care plans, monitoring patient conditions, and coordinating discharge needs.

Minimum qualifications include ADN or BSN, RN licensure, 1 year of acute care RN experience, and BLS certification. We offer industry-leading benefits, including loan repayment and relocation assistance, with a day shift of 6:00 am–3:30 pm or 9:00 am–6:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing protocol

Physical Requirements:

• Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patient, manual and finger dexterity, and eye‑hand coordination.
• Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time.
• Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
• Requires working under stressful conditions and irregular hours.
• Exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluids.
• Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $35.50
Maximum hourly: $55.60
