Home In The Heart Healthcare Agency seeks a compassionate RN to conduct supervisory assessments and oversight visits for veterans receiving Homemaker/Home Health Aide services. The role covers Hardin County and surrounding areas, requiring travel and hands-on clinical leadership.

Responsibilities include initial assessments, care plan development, and guidance to caregivers, with strong emphasis on documentation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Tennessee RN License.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the service area.
• Preferred: experience in home health, geriatrics, veterans care, case management, long-term care, or community-based nursing.

Service Area: Hardin County and surrounding areas
