Job summary

Markley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on day shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality care for residents. You will collaborate with physicians, staff, and families, and drive regulatory compliance while prioritizing patient outcomes.

The role requires PA RN licensure, BLS CPR, and at least two years of nursing experience in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time position with weekend coverage and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritizing care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
