Emerald Nursing and Rehabilitation in Elizabethtown, PA is hiring an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff on the weekend shift (7a-7p). You will supervise clinical operations, conduct rounds, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.

The role requires a PA RN license in good standing, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality resident care in a family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to nursing staff.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
• Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff

Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for long-term care
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
