Emerald Nursing and Rehabilitation in Elizabethtown, PA is hiring an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on the 3–11 shift. Join a county-focused skilled nursing and rehabilitation center where residents receive high-quality, compassionate care and staff are supported.

You will supervise nursing staff, oversee clinical operations, conduct rounds, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure policy compliance, and mentor team members in a supportive, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for long-term care.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
• Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns

Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:
