Job summary

Arden Park Post Acute in Sacramento, CA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead the weekend morning clinical team, ensure timely assessments, coordinate care, and mentor staff in a post-acute setting.

You will partner with physicians, therapists, and a multidisciplinary team to maintain high-quality resident care, respond to changes in condition, and support admissions, care planning, and documentation. Weekend AM shift leadership role with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend AM shifts.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care and services.
• Monitor resident conditions and oversee clinical assessments.
• Respond to changes in condition and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to nursing team members.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Conduct rounds and maintain open communication with residents and families.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assist with admissions, care planning, and clinical documentation as needed.
