Job summary
Patriots Village Veterans Home in Sumter, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations, assess resident needs, and coordinate care with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
The role requires an active RN license and strong leadership, communication, and regulatory compliance. Long-term care experience is preferred; pay ranges from $44-48 per hour depending on experience and shift, with full-time and part-time options.
Qualifications
- Current RN license (State as listed in ad).
- Clinical assessment and nursing leadership skills.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily nursing operations and support the nursing team.
- Assess resident needs and help develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Support and mentor CNAs and nursing staff.
- Promote quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
