IU Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to support our Urgent Care facility in Greenwood, IN. You will collaborate with the Practice Manager to lead a team in a busy environment serving approximately 100 patients daily.

Position Overview:

• Employment Type: Full-time, fully onsite
• Shift Schedule: Flexible hours with options for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, including weekend rotation based on staffing needs
• Operating Hours: Open 7 days a week, totaling 80 hours per week

Minimum Requirements:

• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
• Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license
• Two years of experience preferred
• Knowledge of clinical procedures and equipment
• Ability to coordinate multiple functions effectively
• Understanding of legal implications of nursing practice
