Qualifications

• 2 years progressive nursing experience with supervisory accountability.
• 1 year experience in Rehab/Transitional Care preferred.
• Bachelor's in nursing.
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS (American Heart).

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, evidence-based nursing care.
• Execute essential administrative and supervisory functions to optimize unit operations.
• Utilize the nursing process to augment the medical plan of treatment for individualized, team-based care.
• Maintain clear communication with the collaborative team and prioritize tasks under pressure to ensure a flexible, safe environment.

Education

Bachelor's in nursing
