Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for Surgical Oncology units to lead teams delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, ensuring safe, evidence-based nursing practices, and managing resources and operations to meet unit priorities. Onsite, full-time days with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing was required.
• Oncology RN experience was required.
• 1 year Charge RN or higher experience was required.
• RN license/registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise healthcare professionals and ensure high patient care levels.
• Maintain a safe environment and nurture nursing practice to improve patient outcomes.
