Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Texas RN license or eligibility.
• Five years of RN experience with leadership exposure.
• Oncology experience preferred; OCN certification preferred or within 12 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise healthcare professionals and oversee clinical operations.
• Collaborate with Oncology Nurse Manager to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Lead staffing, workflow, and resource distribution to meet department priorities.
• Mentor staff, support quality and regulatory initiatives, and drive improvement.
• Promote a culture of accountability and exceptional patient experience.
