Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC seeks an RN Supervisor/Staff Development Coordinator/Staff Educator to lead training and education for clinical staff. The role focuses on developing educational strategies, coordinating resources, and ensuring competency for new hires to support patient care quality in our Miami area facilities.

The position involves collaboration with HR, orientation programs, and potential advancement opportunities based on performance and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a current Florida RN license.
• Ability to make independent decisions and exercise mature judgments.
• Prior Staff Development/Education experience preferred.
• PointClickCare preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement skills training programs/in-services for clinical staff and other departments; Perform orientation classes.
• Develop educational strategies to facilitate quality improvement efforts.

• Oversee the process for competency evaluation of new employees.
• Recommend progression to permanent employment or extension of orientation/probationary period for new employees.

Staff Development Coordinator/Staff Educator (RN) Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Registered Professional Nurse’s license in the State of Florida
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and mature judgments.
• Prior Staff Development/Education experience Preferred.
• Point Click care preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish
