Presbyterian SeniorCare Network seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor for Sherwood Oaks in Cranberry Township, PA. This full-time position oversees nursing staff and ensures high-quality resident care across shifts.

The RN must hold a PA license, have CPR certification, and show supervisory experience; BSN may be preferred with differential. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; 7am – 3:30pm

Starting Salary: $36.18-40.50/hour + BSN Differential; Depending on experience + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

The Registered Nurse Supervisor is a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) whose function is to monitor and provide quality care and services to residents for an entire shift. This individual is to assume responsibility for his/her healthcare delivery and to supervise and oversee the work of professional and non-professional employees throughout the facility. The Supervisor has shift responsibility for the provision of care throughout the facility.

Requirements for the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

• Graduate of approved Registered Nurse School of Nursing. One year of licensed supervisory experience in acute or long-term care, or one-year Registered Nurse experience in acute or long-term care, or 6 months internal experience in a licensed role.
• Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license, in good standing, issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
• Maintains CPR certification per policy.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, Medical Records, and Word Processing software.
