Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network's The Willows in Oakmont, PA is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing care on weekend shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM, Saturdays and Sundays) in a 189-bed skilled nursing setting.

This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role offers a $45/hour rate plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities to mentor staff and ensure safe, quality care across the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved Registered Nurse School of Nursing.
• One year of licensed supervisory experience in acute or long-term care, or 6 months internal licensed experience.
• Knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, Medical Records, and Word Processing software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide quality care and services to residents for an entire shift.
• Supervise and oversee the work of professional and non-professional employees throughout the facility.
• Assume responsibility for healthcare delivery and to supervise and oversee the work of staff on shift.

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor is a Licensed Registered Nurse whose function is to monitor and provide quality care and services to residents for an entire shift. This individual is to assume responsibility for his/her healthcare delivery and to supervise and oversee the work of professional and non‑professional employees throughout the facility. The Supervisor has shift responsibility for the provision of care throughout the facility.

Requirements for the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

• Graduate of approved Registered Nurse School of Nursing. One year of licensed supervisory experience in acute or long-term care, or one-year Registered Nurse experience in acute or long-term care, or 6 months internal experience in a licensed role.
• Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license, in good standing, issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, Medical Records, and Word Processing software.
