Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a dedicated Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join Aviata at Bryan Dairy in Largo, FL. The RN will oversee resident care, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate with facility personnel to maintain high standards of care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates possess an active RN license, prior experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation preferred, and a compassionate, patient-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Other duties as assigned
