Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise staff, oversee patient care, and ensure clinical excellence at our Tampa facility. This role requires coordination of resident care and supervision of CNAs to maintain high standards and compliance.

Ideal candidates will hold a current RN license, have SNF/Rehabilitation experience, and demonstrate genuine compassion and dedication to quality care for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
