Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Largo, FL, is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join Aviata at Bryan Dairy, a premier skilled nursing facility. The LPN will provide direct patient care, support treatment plans, and help supervise CNAs under clinical supervision.

Responsibilities include overseeing falls and pressure sore programs, conducting regular health evaluations, and contributing to a compassionate, patient-centered care team. Full-time daytime shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents and patients in our skilled nursing home
• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
• Provide nursing services and conduct thorough evaluations of each resident’s medical status
• Other duties as assigned
