Job summary

Seven Hills is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team in Seven Hills, OH. You will assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure the highest quality of care.

This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, 12-hour shifts, on-demand or weekly pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and PTO.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state.
Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer and evaluate nursing care.
Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in the SNF setting.
Follow health, sanitation and infection control policies.
