Responsibilities

• Document resident status per policy and maintain records.
• Supervise assigned staff and provide direct nursing care as needed.
• Schedule staff and arrange replacements to meet regulatory requirements.
• Participate in resident admissions.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and promote independence.
• Identify medical/behavioral changes and develop and monitor care plans.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services on facility conditions and staffing needs.
• Participate in daily meetings in the absence of the DOHS.
