Job summary

Quantum Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Middle Island, NY. Shifts available: 3-11 and 11-7; SNF/LTC experience is required.

As RN Supervisor, you will oversee unit operations, ensure quality of care, and coordinate with the nursing staff. The ideal candidate will possess a current NYS RN license, strong leadership and communication skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current NYS RN license.
• Minimum 1 yr SNF/LTC Experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and demonstrate excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Notify physician and family of changes in resident condition and coordinate with supervisor.
• Assume RN Supervisor responsibilities in absence of DNS/ADNS.
• Complete required routine documentation and auditing as required.
