Residences at Vantage Point is seeking a Charge Nurse RN Supervisor responsible for the overall nursing care on the shift, including timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and handling emergency calls. All duties adhere to the department QA Manual.

The Charge Nurse will lead staff, monitor high-acuity residents, complete rounds, ensure admission and QA audits, and maintain accurate records.

Formación

• RN license required or active RN in Maryland.
• BSN preferred or higher degree.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nursing care on shift and supervise staff.
• Ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and QA compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate care with physicians.
