Job summary

Orwigsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Orwigsburg, PA is seeking an experienced RN to join our team on a part-time basis. The role offers a night shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) with potential for PRN shifts across all units and a path to leadership as an RN Supervisor.

You will assess and coordinate resident care with the interdisciplinary team, administer medications, respond to emergencies, and maintain clear clinical documentation in a supportive, community-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care or rehabilitation experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Commitment to person-centered, compassionate care
• Ability to perform physical tasks required in a skilled nursing environment

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Manage emergency situations promptly and professionally
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
