Job summary

Medical City Las Colinas is seeking an RN Progressive Care Unit/Clinical Nurse Coordinator to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all functions in the unit. The CNC partners with management to monitor nursing care in line with policies and serves as a resource for staff to ensure an excellent patient experience.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support admission and discharge processes, and work with leadership to drive outcomes and service improvements

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• ACLS and BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• 1 year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered nursing care in the unit.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What You Will Do In This Role

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
