Job summary

Medical City Dallas is interviewing for a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to deliver high quality, patient-centered care in the Progressive Care Unit. The CNC partners with the management team to monitor nursing care and serves as a resource for staff, coordinating admission and discharge processes.

Requirements include RN licensure, an Associate Degree, and certification in ACLS and BCLS within 30 days of start date, with at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• RN license and current registration.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• ACLS within 30 days of start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of start date.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
