Asbury Communities, Inc. is hiring an RN for a per diem night shift in Gaithersburg, MD. The role runs 11pm-7am with every other weekend commitments, offering a competitive hourly wage plus a PRN premium.

You will collaborate with a supportive team to ensure around-the-clock care, maintain medical records in the EHR, assess residents, and guide treatment decisions per policy. A Maryland RN license and CPR are required.

Competenze

• RN or BSN degree from a nursing school.
• Current Maryland RN license is required.
• Per diem requires at least 1 year of RN experience.
• Active CPR certification is required.

Mansioni

• Work with colleagues to ensure 24-hour continuity of care.
• Provide oversight of medical records in the electronic health record.
• Conduct medical assessments and determine when to call the physician.
• Oversee admission of new or readmitted residents with complete documentation.
• Provide advice on medications or treatments per established policies.
