Job summary

Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations at our 164-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in New Jersey. A PRN opportunity offers flexible scheduling and leadership responsibilities to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active New Jersey RN license, BLS, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. You will supervise, coordinate care, and uphold regulatory standards while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership.
