Join our team as an RN Supervisor supporting the Nursing Resource Pool at Troy Hospital. The role involves working with a dynamic group of RNs, nursing assistants, and sitters, collaborating across various hospital units to deliver exceptional care.
We are seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to meet our current staffing needs. Although there is some flexibility in scheduling, night coverage is our top priority.
The Nurse Supervisor coordinates and organizes personnel and other resources to meet the patient care functions of the organization in a cost‑effective manner. The supervisor collaborates to provide crisis management, interprets policy and procedure, and ensures timely and effective communication across departments. The supervisor represents organizational leadership across all venues on a 24‑hour basis and collaborates to make decisions and act on behalf of the leadership team.
