Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking an RN Supervisor PRN to oversee nursing care across Continuing Care Neighborhoods at Riderwood Village. The role requires current Maryland RN licensure, CPR certification, and prior supervisory experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living.

The position focuses on walking rounds, staff scheduling, and ensuring resident-centered care while addressing concerns and investigating incidents as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license for the State of Maryland.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or assisted living.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform walking rounds through Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure high-level resident care.
• Review and adjust nursing staffing to ensure adequate coverage and meet established PPD.
• Implement person-centered care focusing on residents' strengths, comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Assist in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances.
• Lead investigations for injuries, medication errors, and abuse allegations; complete supervisory reports.
• Review medical records for regulatory and policy compliance.

Join our team as a RN Supervisor PRN!

The RN Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of resident care by licensed and non-licensed staff in our Continuing Care Neighborhoods, which include skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care.

Compensation: $47.00 per hour

How you will make an impact:

• Perform walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods (skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living, and memory care) to ensure nursing staff are providing the highest level of resident care possible
• Review, adjust and monitor nursing staffing in all neighborhoods to ensure appropriate staff is available to provide resident care and meet established PPD
• Effectively implement a person-centered approach to care, focusing on the resident’s strengths while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Assist in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances
• Lead investigations for injuries of unknown origin, medication errors, and/or abuse allegations as needed or requested. Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing
• Review documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice, and Erickson policy

What you will need:

• Current Registered Nurse license for the State of Maryland
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or assisted living
• Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Current CPR certification required
