Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including night, evening, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing department operations and patient care quality
• Supervise licensed nurses and caregivers, providing guidance and support
• Conduct rounds to monitor progress and implement improvements
