Eden Senior Care is seeking dedicated RN Supervisors to join our team at Edenbrook Second Ave in Kingston, PA. This role is vital in overseeing daily nursing operations and ensuring outstanding care for residents. Candidates should have an active nursing license, a relevant degree, and at least three years of experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Active nursing licensure is required.
• Degree from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Proficiency in using desktop/notebook computers, Microsoft Office products, and various medical equipment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times daily.
• Ensure residents are protected from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
• Collaborate as a key member of the interdisciplinary management team.
