Qualifications

• Active nursing licensure is required.
• Degree from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Proficiency in using desktop/notebook computers, Microsoft Office products, and various medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nursing services, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times daily.
• Ensure residents are protected from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
• Collaborate as a key member of the interdisciplinary management team.
