NewCourtland is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership while staying connected to resident care. You’ll lead and supervise nursing and direct care staff across shifts, coordinate assignments, and ensure delivery of high-quality care for residents.
You will monitor resident conditions, perform assessments, and communicate with families, physicians, and the care team. A PA RN license and long-term care experience are required, with supervisory experience preferred.
