Mercy is seeking a Weekend Supervisor for Orthopedics in St. Louis. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and evaluating patient care, while serving as a clinical resource and stepping in as needed.
RN licensure in the practice state is required, with 2–3 years of patient care experience and supervisory experience preferred. Education includes an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. CRRN and rehabilitation experience are strong assets.
Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manger. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
