Job summary

Mercy South in Missouri seeks a Weekend Supervisor for Orthopedics to oversee patient care, coordinate weekend operations, and support staff. The RN must apply leadership skills while ensuring Mercy standards are upheld in a high-demand unit.

Requirements include a nursing degree, an active RN license in Missouri, and 2–3 years of patient-care experience. Preferred candidates may have supervisory or management background and a CRRN certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Two to three years' experience in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise weekend Orthopedics operations and patient care.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Assume managerial duties delegated by a manager and maintain Mercy standards.
