Job summary

Mercy South is seeking a Weekend Supervisor in Orthopedics to lead nursing operations and patient care in the designated area. You will act as a clinical resource, assist with staff coordination, and perform staff nurse duties as needed while upholding Mercy Service Standards.

The role emphasizes supervisory or management experience, RN licensure in Missouri, and preferred Rehab/CRRN credentials, with a strong focus on quality patient care and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Must have a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice.
• Two or three years' experience required in patient care.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience.
