Job summary

Autumn Care of Norfolk, located at 1401 Halstead Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23502, is seeking a compassionate RN to join our skilled nursing team. You will assess residents, develop personalized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role offers on-demand and weekly pay options, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, generous PTO and benefits, a 401K, and ongoing career growth opportunities. Shifts are Mon-Fri, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, full-time.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state where you work.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in the delivery of care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
