Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state where you work.
• CPR or BLS certification current and active.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff delivering care.
