Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice in NC.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff.
• Ability to observe safety and sanitary techniques.
• Willingness to work hours as scheduled and not pose a threat to others.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer and supervise nursing care for residents.
• Evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
