Maple Grove in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a hands‑on Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Night Shift to support residents and nursing team overnight, serving as the clinical leader from 7pm to 7am.

This working RN Supervisor will work a nursing cart, provide direct resident care, oversee overnight staff, and ensure compliance with regulations while coordinating with on‑call providers and other departments.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio is required.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfortable managing a nursing cart while supervising staff.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently overnight.

• Administer medications, complete treatments, and perform assessments.
