Job summary

Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality care for residents. This role demands strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a compassionate approach to elderly residents.

Shifts are 7p-7a, full-time across Thursday through Sunday, with additional PRN opportunities. A shift differential of $3.75 applies. Join our team for professional growth and supportive training.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in AL.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or related setting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
• Manage and supervise nursing staff including CNAs, to ensure the delivery of excellent resident care.
• Monitor resident health and well-being, and coordinate with healthcare providers to address medical concerns.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
